This may have started as a good idea but over time it will be realized this idea was executed to perfection. This is definitely design at its finest moment on the very streets we travel everyday. Just like a stop light / signs / lines control traffic. This adds a extra precaution to our streets. Not everyone may follow the laws of the land but no one wants to cause harm to there own car. Its just natural reaction to slow down when you see a speed bump. No matter who or what kind of car you drive. This will of course help city / state save costs. Possibly it will lead to being able to cover more ground.

As seen on cnn.com, It’s a 50-50 bet that the thin Arctic sea ice, which was frozen last autumn, will completely melt away at the geographic North Pole, Serreze said.
I remember in grade school studying about the North Pole. I never even remotely thought something of this magnitude would effect our planet in general. But from global warming this definitely is something as a society we have to keep an eye on.
